Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 pound of stewed meat
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup of barley (I used quick barley)
  • 2 cups diced potatoes

  4. Add beef stew
  5. Add broth
  6. Add thyme sprig and bay leaf
  7. Cook at high pressure for 20 minutes.
